Herbal directions

1. Boil 8oz of water for 5-7 min or until bubbles appear
2. Add 1 teaspoon of dry herbs or leaves
3. Stir contents up well to blend
4. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 min
5. Put the tea in another cup by having a strainer near while pouring
You would want to drink 2 cups a day. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening
