Due to the nature of our products—which are for personal consumption and topical use, and to ensure the utmost hygiene and safety for all our customers—we maintain a strict No Returns and No Refunds Policy.
Policy Details
- Final Sale: All purchases from Nature's Trap are considered final sale.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns of any product, including but not limited to our juices, gels, scrubs, and soaps.
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds or store credit for any purchase once the order has been processed or shipped.
- Hygiene and Safety: This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers, as we cannot ensure the integrity or sanitation of products once they have left our facility.
Exceptions (If Applicable - Damage During Shipping)
- While we strive to package our items securely, if your order arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please contact us immediately at 901-387-6672 within 48 hours of delivery.
- You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage and your order number.
- If we determine the item was damaged during shipping, we will, at our sole discretion, replace the damaged itemwith the same product. We will not issue a refund.
